 libcanberra 0.16 and macports 1.8.0

 I can still confirm this bug. Quartz gtk doesn't have gdk/gdkx.h which is
 needed by libcanberra when passing --enable-gtk (default flag) so it
 expects X11 enabled gtk. Passing --disable-gtk builds fine but I'm yet to
 find out if that will be usefull in building xulrunner.
