 Direct port of the sparky 3.115 NMR assignment program[[BR]]
 from the fink packaging. Currently built against python2.5.[[BR]]
 The build is make file driven without any configure machinery.[[BR]]
 [[BR]]
 To test the program, execute "sparky", select "Open Project" menu
 and[[BR]]
 open ${prefix}/lib/sparky/example/Projects/example.proj.
