Comment:

 FLTK seems to actually be an optional dependency of octave... and the
 current portfile doesn't even inform the configuration script of FLTK's
 location. This means (if I'm not mistaken and I'm testing this right now)
 that currently, macports' octave doesn't even use FLTK although it depends
 on it. So I'll probably simply be removing this unneeded dependency, and
 will only add a variant if there is a specific request for one in the
 future.
