 On Snow Leopard, google-perftools does not install the libprofiler
 library, so the
 package can't be used for profiling.

 One problem here is that it tries to include /usr/include/ucontext.h,
 which no
 longer works without -D_XOPEN_SOURCE.

 I tried adding -D_XOPEN_SOURCE to both cflags and cxxflags, and then the
 library
 is built and installed, but crashes when I try to actually use it (as CPU-
 profiler, at least).
