 Well, it just hangs, seemingly forever.  I have seen
 https://trac.macports.org/ticket/19784 but I have docbook.xsl in my
 catalog in this case and I tried removing and reinstalling docbook-xsl
 with no luck.  Also, the first xsltproc command seems to work, just the
 second one hangs.
