 * r58202: I updated the spawn-fcgi port to advise the user to deactivate
 their current lighttpd (<= 1.4.22) before installing; this should greatly
 ease the upgrade to 1.4.23, as otherwise every user attempting to do so
 would encounter a conflict when trying to activate the new spawn-fcgi
 dependency.
