 When I try to build this, I get the following error:

 /sdl-config is being used by the active libsdl port.  Please deactivate
 this port first, or use 'port -f activate libsdl-devel' to force the

 It seems to me that the root problem is that smpeg depends on libsdl-devel
 instead of libsdl. (If smpeg needs libsdl-devel, perhaps it should also be
 named smpeg-devel or so.)
