 I'm on OS X 10.5.8 (intel), XCode 3.1.3.

 Starting inkscape, it takes about 2 minutes before it prints this warning
 several times:

 Gtk-WARNING **: GtkSpinButton: setting an adjustment with non-zero page
 size is deprecated

 Then, after several more minutes, it uses all the CPU it can get but never
 displays a window. I attach a sample of the process.
