 `port install bibtool` appears to work even though the port is named
 BibTool. However, uninstalling or upgrading the port will fail, because
 apparently files are not registered correctly (uninstall left
 /opt/local/bin/bibtool and data files untouched, so the upgrade complains
 that it does not want to overwrite unregistered files)
