 Sorry for the long delay. It took me awhile to find some time to clean up
 the Portfile and get elinks-devel updated to 0.12pre5. I've committed an
 update in r65861 that should fix the build issues (I had to patch
 Makefile.lib). Please re-open this ticket if this fix doesn't work for
 you.
