Comment:

 In addition to adding the gpsd dependency as you did, you should also
 revbump kdeedu4 so everyone who already built it before without gpsd
 support will now rebuild it with gpsd support.

 This will also now prevent kdeedu4 from building universal, since
 [ticket:24355 gpsd does not build universal]. If you want kdeedu4 to have
 the gpsd dependency but also build universal, you should work on fixing
 gpsd's universal build.
