 No, previously my jpeg does not have +universal:
 jpeg @8a_0 (active)

 Now ports jasper and opencv (and its dependents) can successfully build!

 tiff @3.9.2_3+macosx+universal (active)
 zlib @1.2.4_1+universal (active)

 opencv @2.0.0_1 (active)

 I should have installed everything with +universal whenever possible. :p
