Comment:

 It can't find libintl.h, which is located in /opt/local/include. The line
 doesn't include -I/opt/local/include like it should; it says
 -I/usr/local/include. Why? Do you have something in /usr/local? If so, it
 is interfering with MacPorts; please remove it.
