 I believe most of those headers are installed with Xcode, so I'd recommend
 installing/reinstalling that (current is 2.5 which is the best choice for
 10.4).  See [wiki:FAQ#upgradexcode the FAQ on updating Xcode] if you need
 help finding older versions.
