 Please use WikiFormatting when pasting shell output so it's legible.

 The output you showed for "sudo port -d clean ufraw" shows that MacPorts
 successfully cleaned it; no problem there.

 Was the output you showed for "sudo port -d upgrade outdated" complete?
 Did it really end at "Starting logging for iso-codes" or did you cut it
 off there? If you cut it off there, let it complete; it looks correct so
 far. If port did hang there, then let's clean iso-codes and try upgrading
 just that ("sudo port clean iso-codes", "sudo port -d upgrade iso-codes").
