 ok, thanx for letting me know. i went to "darwin ports" as i was directed
 there by the drizzle.org site as being the first step of getting that
 installed on a mac os x system. will contact drizzle folk & let them know
 via their wiki discussions —>

 thank you again for the info. only sorry i can't take back having put in
 an e-mail address to them several times in trying to make it work. le
 sigh. oh well...
