 I discovered that at least on Leopard (I assume on older systems as well)
 {{{__STDC_CONSTANT_MACROS}}} has to be defined so that the C++ compiler
 sees the macros in {{{/usr/include/stdint.h}}}.

 The new diff for the portfile is attached.
