 I attach a Portfile for GCAM (http://gcam.js.cx/wiki/Main_Page).

 Please note that this relies on gtkglext, of which the current Portfile
 version (4) does not work. There is a patch for version 5 here
 https://trac.macports.org/ticket/25782 which fixes the bug in gtkglext and
 allows GCAM to work.
