 moving away libtool and copying {{{`which glibtool`}}} in its place in the
 {{{work/}}} dir gave me a loadable {{{libmyodbc5-5.1.6.so}}} deep in the
 bowels of the port work dir.  Still fails at 'make' but i can probably use
 it at this point.
