Comment:

 phonon is installed initially as part of qt4, but under "phonon".  This
 (and a few other) ports use "Phonon" to include the header files, which on
 a case-sensitive file system will result in the error you describe.  I'm
 augmenting the Portfile to swap the P for p in those #include headers.
