 If you've already downloaded the patches which aren't checksumming, you
 first need to get rid of those with {{{sudo port clean --all db46}}} and
 use {{{sudo port selfupdate}}} to get the updated Portfile.  After that,
 installing whatever you were initially trying should get past db46.
