Comment:

 Please remember to fill in the Port field and cc the maintainer.

 This isn't a bug unless MacPorts created the existing
 /etc/default/cdrecord without recording it in the filemap. The port
 probably shouldn't be installing anything in /etc, but that's a different
 matter and is covered by #23035.
