 After a look into config.err file, it turned out that the <stdio.h> file
 can't be found from the configuration step.

 I had installed XCode4.0beta on my mac so why ever the config wasn't able
 to found the <stdio.h> header file.

 I decide to downgrade Xcode to official version 3.2.3. After downgrade
 Xcode
 everything works out-of-the-box. And my ffmpeg installation has
 complete...

 Pls close this ticket and mark it as fixed... Sorry for reporting this
 "not really bug"...
