 Some fixes for the farsight2 port:
  - Update to version 0.0.20
  - Fix the pkg config path so configure can find python packages
  - Fix the python exec dir path so the python bindings are installed at
 the right location
  - Fix codegen utility path to generate python bindings
  - Patch from upstream fixing discovering of codecs
