Comment:

 I see your patch updates the port to version 2.31.90. That's probably a
 development version, not a stable version. Some projects use a second-
 number-is-odd approach to indicating a development version; others use a
 third-number-is-large approach. The second number of 2.31.90 is 31 which
 is odd, and the third number is 90 which is large, so by either metric
 this is a development version. We should instead update libsoup to the
 latest stable version.
