 I needed a log rotation program and after working with the old 3.7.1
 version I ended up updating to the most current version. Rather then
 submit a diff I'm contributing a new port because there were so many
 changes to the Portfile.

 I originally added the bzip2 variant because it was easier to build with
 hard coded bzip2 then to get the program to parse it's conf file on Darwin
 but I ended up patching to the sources and you can now select bzip2 away
 from gzip using the conf file. I guess the bzip2 variant can go away now
 although I like having the default bzip2.
