New description:

 I see that someone did something with Changeset r70558 to fix this.

 But, I don't know how to use their Changeset and this isn't fixed by a
 normal "selfupdate" followed by "upgrade outdated". Honestly, I don't
 really know what a Changeset is ...

 Will this change get pushed to the normal updates? How can something like
 LaTeX get broken for 2 weeks?
