 Updated to version 1.2.3 in r70539.

 I have tested it successfully on 10.5.8 ppc by first starting deluged

 {{{
 deluged -d -L debug
 }}}

 then start deluge and click on connect in the Connection Manager.  The
 Start Daemon button
 doesn't seem to work properly.
