 Thank you. Committed the changes that fix the mtree violation in r70978.

 In the future, please provide diffs of Portfiles, not complete Portfiles,
 and ensure your diff is against the version of the Portfile currently in
 the repository, not an older version. This will make it easier for us to
 apply your proposed changes.
