 Thanks for the log; it sheds light on the issue: You're trying to install
 as universal and the configure flag '--disable-dependency-tracking' needs
 to be removed from the defaults; try adding the following to the Portfile
 & see if it works:

 configure.universal_args-delete --disable-dependency-tracking
