 It looks like you (and others) somehow ended up with phonon installed into
 ${prefix}/libexec/qt4-mac, which should not happen.  First, can you return
 the result of the following:
 {{{
 port provides /opt/local/libexec/qt4-mac/lib/phonon.framework/phonon
 }}}
 and second: Have you done a 'port selfupdate' recently?  And, finally, do
 you have Qt installed from binary in /Library/Frameworks, perchance?
