Comment:

 Committed in r74196 with the following fixes:
  * Declared dependencies (needs pkgconfig, glib2, libxml2, and popt).
  * Used autoreconf to get a libtool that respects -arch flags.
  * Created a blank gtk-doc.make to avoid the need for patching.
