Comment:

 This problem has reappeared for me in OS X 10.6.5 on a Mac Mini, using
 kdelibs4 4.5.4.  I did not see this problem in kdelibs4 4.5.3.

 I checked the build directory, and it does appear as all the patches are
 properly applied to kdeinit4, etc.

 Any help/ideas are appreciated.
