 An upgrade of the macports Portfiles to build darcs 2.5 will eliminate
 problems in building/updating darcs.  It will require adding 3 new Haskell
 library ports and updating a couple of others to the latest versions.  The
 new ports are hs-text, hs-deepseq (required by hs-text), and hs-tar.  Two
 other ports which couldn't be upgraded because darcs required the older
 versions can now be updated hs-hashed-storage and hs-mmap.  I'm enclosing
 the Portfiles I used to  build darcs and each of the required Haskell
 packages.
