 Well which is it? Read the MisbehavingServers page and tell us which of
 those situations applies. Also tell us which of the master_sites for this
 port the bad file was downloaded from. If, as in the output you've showed
 us so far, the download URL is not shown, clean and try again, as per
 Daniel's commands above.
