New description:

 tilp2 1.14 has been released as well as libticables2 1.3.1, libticonv
 1.1.1, libtifiles2 1.1.3, and libticalcs 1.1.5.

 They are now in separate files on the sourceforge.net page and the lib
 tar's are now compressed via bzip2. I will attach portfile patches
 generated according to the MacPorts guide shortly.
