 I've attached a simple patch to allow universal building for cln -- via
 the muniversal portgroup.  cln will not build properly using the standard
 "-arch i386 -arch x86_64", as demonstrated by the original logfile.  I
 think it's really an issue with how Apple's GCC does multiple arch
 building, but the end result is that the builds have to be done separately
 -- in this case muniversal works like a charm!
