 You are right, almost all ports use gcc44 per default. I had the
 impression gcc42 is dying out but this is not the case. About 70% of all
 ports default to gcc43 or gcc44. Both gcc42 and gcc45 make up 15% each.
 Still, it would be nice to have the gcc45 variant included. Thanks!
