 First I tried to install playerstage-player and then playerstage-stage.
 It seems that
 "port install playerstage-player" tries to install x86_64 packages, whilst
 "port install playerstage-stage" prefers i386 architecture.

 Be honest "port install playerstage-player" succeeded (almost) I.e.
 calling player ends up making a core.
 After calling "port install playerstage-stage" all f****d up as in the
 description above.

 So, in my perception it is impossible to install playerstage-stage on Mac
 OS X 10.6
