 I gave it a shot:

 * changed my local dbus Portfile to version 1.4.0

 * corrected the checksum entries

 * used trac-get to pull the above five patchfiles into my local dbus'
 files directory

 * installed the whole thing no problem

 So far all went through without trouble.

 kded4 and kmymoney4 simply stall without any reaction:
