 I vote for this solution too. KDE 4.5.3 have work very well... KDE 4.5.4
 is unsuitable as well. It's a big problem !

 I investigated a little bit why klauncher won't start, and in background,
 messages on the console report that a file is missing. But i cannot found
 which one exactly. I stay tuned on...
