 webkit-gtk is not [https://trac.macports.org/wiki/UsingTheRightCompiler
 UsingTheRightCompiler]: the `dftables` script invokes `cpp` as its
 preprocessor by default rather than ${configure.cpp}.

 Attached is a patch that fixes this. Let me know if you want me to commit
 it.
