 I maintain a wine installation tutorial at
 http://davidbaumgold.com/tutorials/wine-mac/, and several people have been
 emailing me recently to tell me that they can't install Wine on Tiger
 10.4. Apparently, the version of flex installed by default on 10.4 is too
 old for what wine-devel wants. All that's needed to fix this is to do an
 OS version check and add a dependency on port:flex if it's below 10.5.
