 All I can tell you is after having so many problems I uninstalled all my
 ports and cleaned everything. I'm trying to install the digikam-devel
 port. The install always fails at that point in the second debug log as
 per my ticket #23427. Then I go in and sudo port -d clean --all kdelibs4
 and try to install kdelibs4 again and I get the same error as before. I
 can tell you jasper is installed and I can find jasper.h when I do a
 search with OSX spotlight it is found in
 /opt/local/include/jasper/jasper.h . From the point of having removed all
 ports and cleaning everything and then issuing the command sudo port -d
 install digikam-devel and then getting the error in the second debug log I
 have not removed/uninstalled anything. I hope this helps just let me know
 if there is anything you want me to try.
