 I am having the same problem:

 tiff//libtiff/tif_jpeg.c:87:21: error: jpeglib.h: No such file or
 directory
 tiff//libtiff/tif_jpeg.c:88:20: error: jerror.h: No such file or directory


 I've attached a log file.
