 Proposing to upgrade kdebase4-runtime to 4.4.0, as parts of kde were
 already upgraded to this version. This upgrade should also solve the
 ticket [http://trac.macports.org/ticket/23664].

 The attached diff to the Portfile compiles version 4.4.0, by suppressing
 multimedia which requires phonon (this part does not compile), and adding
 some dependencies which are required in 4.4.0.
