 The error message says the directory
 /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports
 .org_release_ports_x11_wine-devel/work/wine-1.1.38 does not exist. Does
 it? It should have been created by the extract phase. If not, clean and
 try again ("`sudo port clean wine-devel`"). If the directory still does
 not get created, test whether your bzip2 program functions correctly.
