 -arch flags appear in tcl's tclConfig.sh script:

 /opt/local/lib/tclConfig.sh:TCL_EXTRA_CFLAGS='-O2 -arch x86_64 -arch i386
 -pipe   '
 /opt/local/lib/tclConfig.sh:TCL_LD_FLAGS='-arch x86_64 -arch i386
 -headerpad_max_install_names -Wl,-search_paths_first '
 }}}

 These should be removed from the file before installation. See r63747 for
 an example of how I did this for GraphicsMagick.
