 My mistake: Xcode's version is 3.2.1 (the iPhone SDK's version number is
 3.1.3)
 I've upgraded from Leopard by following the migration instructions.
 So the issue remains: Where to get xmkmf and can a MacPorts dependency be
 defined on it?
