 It's a project that just started and KDE seems to be the only ones using
 and including it.  Therefore, much like "oxygen-icons" I feel it sort of
 belongs in the KDE category even though other people can still use it for
 other things.  That being said, I went ahead and tacked on the devel
 category to it in r63784.
